I was really looking forward to meeting my new provider today and I ended having the worst experience ever at this location. One of the nurses stood in a common area and proceeded to yell (yes yell) about the status of my appointment. I am familiar with that it takes to manage a clinic and the details of scheduling and billing could have been quitely and professional explained to me. At no point did the scheduling nurse or office manager attempt to speak directly to me. After cooling off I returned to the office and not only received a sincere apology, but had an amazing appointment.
The people are very attentive.
